Toalety TANAP
Toilets as a finished product of one dimension, which by turning and other cladding adapts to the character of the surrounding environment. This may be a steep rocky slope, an overgrown flat forest or a combination of both. The irregular, albeit symmetrical, shape relates to the mountainous vegetated environment rather than the ‘man- made’ structures inserted into nature. The construction of both variants consists of 84mm thick CLT panels. In the case of the steep variant, the cladding is corrugated iron sheet framed with a steel frame, which guarantees greater durability in inhospitable mountain conditions. The flat option is covered with hand-split spruce shingles, which can age over time and blend in with the surroundings.
